Brick and Brew
A private scoreboard for a crew who run, ride and swim hard, then have beers together.
01 · Problem
A small crew wants one shared, private leaderboard without anyone running or paying for a server.
02 · Approach
Sign in with Apple for identity, a CloudKit public database filtered by team, and leaderboards computed on-device. Each phone syncs its own Strava activities, so the crew does not share one API quota. Cloudflare Workers keep the Strava client secret off the device and run the waitlist. Location-based features stay on the device.
